Yes. Launch is designed as a starting point for getting your business online. Tell us what you offer, who your customers are and what you already have. Business setup assistance is available separately if you need help with administrative setup.

Tell us your current business name and registration status when you inquire. We can identify setup tasks before building around a name or opening business accounts. Business setup assistance is a $300 add-on; government fees, legal advice and tax advice are separate.

Start with your business and contact details, services, service area, existing logo and photos, and any current website or account information. We will confirm what is needed for your project. Share account access through an agreed secure method rather than sending passwords in an inquiry form.

Launch gets your business online with a website of up to five pages. Build adds a website AI inquiry assistant, customer tracking and follow-up, and expands the website to up to eight pages. Launch is $1,500 one time plus $49/month. Build is $3,500 one time plus $198/month, including $49 hosting and $149 AI management. Architect starts at $6,000 one time plus $498/month, including $49 hosting and $449 AI management. Prices are in Canadian dollars before applicable tax. Domain, Google Workspace, platform and AI usage costs are additional.

Domain and hosting setup are included in all three packages. Hosting is $49/month and is already included in each package’s monthly total. Domain registration and annual renewal are billed separately at the confirmed registrar price.

Google Workspace setup is included in every package. The Google Workspace subscription is an additional cost. We confirm the accounts and setup needed for your business before work begins.

Yes. You can add individual AI assistants, booking setup, additional website pages, print materials or a scoped automation. Some work is priced as an add-on and custom integrations require a quote. See monthly services and add-ons.

Yes. Website writing and mobile setup are included in Launch and carried into Build and Architect. We build with WordPress and Elementor, with the page scope agreed for your package.

Tell us what platform you use and what you want to change. We can review the current website and recommend a suitable scope before quoting a redesign, additional pages or integration work.

Launch includes Facebook and Instagram setup, plus Google Business Profile assistance where your business is eligible. Build and Architect include the Launch foundation. Google’s eligibility and verification requirements still apply.

A website gives your business a searchable home, and our packages include basic search setup. Rankings are not guaranteed. Useful content, clear service information and ongoing improvements matter; a blog gives you a place to answer real customer questions over time.

Yes. Print materials can be quoted through Celtic North. Each package includes one $100 print product credit in total, with one print design in Launch, two in Build and three in Architect. Extra quantities, premium finishes and shipping are quoted before ordering, and you approve the proof and quote before production.

It answers approved business questions, collects customer and project details, and sends you a structured summary. The website assistant is included in Build and Architect, or is available separately at $750 setup plus $149/month in AI management. Platform and usage charges are additional.

Yes. Website, Facebook Messenger, phone and email assistants are available. The website, phone and email bundle is $2,500 setup plus $449/month in AI management; its setup is included in Architect. Messenger is optional. Hosting and platform, phone and AI usage costs are separate from standalone assistant pricing.

The email assistant can sort inquiries and draft replies for review. Routine automatic responses are enabled only after approval and testing. We define the approved answers and when the assistant should hand an inquiry to a person.

Monthly AI management includes monitoring, troubleshooting, one monthly review and up to 30 minutes of response or content updates per subscribed service or bundle. A bundle shares one allowance. Platform and usage charges are additional.

No. Launch focuses on getting your business online. You can add AI and automation when there is a clear job for them to do. A simple automation add-on is $450 for one trigger and up to three actions using supported existing tools.
